Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow additional processing time during peak seasons or promotional periods.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • Canada: 7–12 business days

  • UK & Europe: 7–12 business days

  • Australia & International: 8–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high seasonal demand.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We may offer:

  • Free shipping promotions

  • Discounted shipping on multi-item orders

All shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • Contact us immediately at support@blissaltowels.com

  • If the order has not shipped, we can update the address

  • If already shipped, we cannot guarantee redelivery

Reshipping fees may apply.


Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe:

  1. Please check your tracking link.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly.

  3. If unresolved, email us and we will assist.

Blissal Towels is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping provider.


Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by their country.

We do not control or predict these charges.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the packaging and product

  • We will review and resolve promptly
